Same stairs and set as in Auntie Mame
I just turned on the tv to TCM; this movie was on. Down she came on the same stairs and front entrance to her Beakman Place apartment!
sharenot the same. This was filmed at RKO (Now Paramount), and "Auntie Mame" was filmed at Warner Bros. Back then they constructed all the sets for each movie. Now, we just go to a scene dock for a 'generic' set. Anyway, still fun to watch.
