Real songs in between 'Largo al Factotum' (aka 'Figaro')

I'm pretty sure that ALL the songs are sung in this short are real songs. There are obvious ones like "O My Darlin' Clementine" and "A Tisket, A Tasket." Does anyone know the more obscure ones like the "negro songs" or the Hawaiin song at the end? Thanks.

Well, "Mama yo quiero" and "Everything I Have Is Yours," for starters . . . but the square-dance number and Hawaiian song escape me at this point.
