I have had this playing a couple of times, and if I am not mistaken, everyone at all times calls Ivanhoe "Ivanhoe" and no one ever calls him Ivan or Ike or Iveebaby or anything else?

Even on The Andy Griffith Show, Barney called Andy "Ange" as a friendship name.

The Skipper called Gilligan "Little Buddy."

Dr. McCoy called James T. Kirk "Jim."

The constant 3 syllable name keeps me from watching it to the end.
