What is the conversation between Bibi and his father in the end(after Bibi kissed that lying girl)? Why Bibi's voice changed and why his father suddenly became so moved? Thank you if you could explain this to me.

At the beginning, Bibi asked when would he be a man and his dad says "soon". So at the end his voice starts changing which along with all his recent experiences, now he's getting to be a man.

I'm all right, I'm alllll right!
