To those who found Niels too brutal to Doro:


If he had joined her in singing 'No two People Have ever been so in Love', would that have made him seem okay to you?

I recall reading he was supposed to join her in that song until Danny Kaye started to exercise his star power and insisted he sing it instead of Farley Granger.

On the other hand, lyrics like 'Moon, June, Spoon' might have seemed out of character for a tough, driven ballet director.
