Very enjoyable little film

I really love this little film, I just wish it had been filmed in colour to enjoy the beautiful French countryside. Also, it is difficult to find a very watchable copy of it. There is one re-mastered copy available but mine is not a particularly good copy though still watchable. What makes me watch it more than once is the excellent chemistry between Ford and Geraldine Brooks. It's a pity they didn't make more films together. The film itself moves along at a good pace and although it's not Maté's best film, it's a tight little action movie with some good romantic comedy in the middle. Definately worth a look!
