This film has a great cast and Groucho, Marie Wilson and Bendix are good together. You have to forget the other Marx movies and let this stand on its own, and as such it is as entertaining as any film from that era. Enjoyable light fare if you're into that.

shareI agree that this film is certainly worth seeing at least once. The material is rather weak, but there's a very good cast and in my opinion it's worthwhile for this reason alone.
I found it interesting just to see Groucho Marx in a featured role without the brothers. He may not be in top form, but he's still funny and he works well with Bendix. Those that are expecting a typical Marx Brothers style romp are bound to be disappointed. However, on its own modest terms this film is enjoyable.
