The Plot Ruins It

It's a decent B-western. About what one would expect from an Audie Murphy outing. The plot however, is nonsensical. It's known these miners were murdered and their claims stolen, so anyone attempting to register the claims would be guilty, or an accomplice after the fact.

Stating this is some ingenius plan because they leave no witness is ridiculous. This is one of the the worse criminal schemes possible. There's no mystery. Just wait for the criminals to show themselves.

This would be no different then killing a homeowner after forcing them to sign the deed to their house over. Brilliant.
