From a Silver Screen October 1952 Hollywood Earfuls column:You'll be seeing more of Linda Darnell. Her 17th century costumes for"Blackbeard the Pirate" have necklines three inches lower than those she wore in "Forever Amber" Sakes' alive!

They worked for me. Even Blackbeard himself appeared to admire them (or the two of them) when describing her along the lines of a lovely scarlet sparrow.🐭
