How about Mansions of Menace on DVD?

It would be neat to see Universal's Old Dark House style thrillers, such as 1941's THE BLACK CAT (why wasn't this version included on the Lugosi Legacy?), NIGHT MONSTER (another film that belongs on the Bela Lugosi Legacy DVD), HOUSE OF HORRORS, TOWER OF LONDON, THE BLACK CASTLE and THE STRANGE DOOR. Unfortuntately, Universal let their rights to James Whale's THE OLD DARK HOUSE lapse. (But, fortunately, Kino had more foresight and saved the classic.)

If money can be made from it they still might. Would like to see a compilation of some of the worst these veteran players made.

Nothing exists more beautifully than nothing.

Ooooooooo, I'd buy that! I also like the title! How many times have we seen horror films that center around looming mansions with secrets in them? I like the selection you've chosen. I like "Night Monster" even though Lugosi's part was small. Its one of those "Saturday-Night old flicks with popcorn to watch at night" films.
