The list is long but basically there are all kinds of categories of stuff. Too much for one person but plenty to cater to all kinds of tastes and genres. I prefer the CLASSIC FILM FORUM and a couple others. (So often you can get a better answer at I NEED TO KNOW or perhaps at HORROR or WESTERN or SCI FI whatever you're interested in.) Sometimes it pays to post at a place like this. Your question might go unanswered for two years before someone happens along with the answer. But if you're set up for "email alert" you'll know when someone replies.

There are also a few non-film topics like TV shows, books and sports ... And a couple that are about nothing at all -- the SOAPBOX, which is good for an argument (political/controversial rhetoric) -- and the SANDBOX, which is any kind of nonsense you'd want to post. Those were great hang-out places a long time ago, but in recent years IMDb population has exploded so much that I can't make any sense out of those two forums. Too much traffic; your friends and your posts get lost in a sea of threads.
