Who was the casting couch actress?

The one who when the movie wrapped traded up from Gaucho to Shields and was so mean to Georgia. I can't tell from the IMDB credits which actress played the part.

Also, several of the characters are supposed to be based on real people in the industry. Is this another?

I didn't catch a character name other then "Baby". The manner of her line delivery initially put me in mind of Lauren Bacall's "stinker" dialogue to Bogart. Thinking further on it Baby was Bogart's pet name for Bacall. (Edit: The actress was also the Bacall type). Anybody know if this is all just coincidence, or perhaps some more inside baseball?
