Anyone spot Beaver's screen mother as the dress designer? She had about 30 seconds of screen time.

I said, "It's Mrs. Cleaver!" It was great to see her in a different role. Thanks for reminding me that I need to check out her profile http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0082511/
wow! that's cool.
Where there's smoke, there's barbecue!
I happened to catch this on TV in the middle of the night last night. I still like it! I got to record it from the beginning. When I saw it in the listings I didn't realize it was the same one we saw before. I only wanted to watch it to see an actor's brother who I didn't know was an actor until last week (Jack Carson's brother, Robert). I still don't know where Robert Carson is in the film, though (bit part I guess?). I'll have to skim through it again.
it would be a good one to watch late at night! some good flicks on tonight on tcm: 'the cheap detective'; 'the loved one'; '5 easy pieces'.
Season's Greetings!
Thanks! I missed The Cheap Detective. I'll get to record The Loved One and Five Easy Pieces. That's Entertainment, Parts 1, 2 & 3 are on Tuesday night. I found them kind of boring in the past; now that I know more about classic films/musicals I'll probably get more out of them this time around.
cool. i used to get tcm emailing me their monthly schedule. don't get it anymore...maybe it was caught by the 'spam' filter.
Season's Greetings!
Cosmo Topper was also in the film appearing in a scene with the woman who played his maid Katie on the Topper TV series. That would be Leo G Carroll and Kathleen Freeman.
