There was an episode called "WEIGHING MACHINE", that featured Bernard Hughes as the miserly owner of a WEIGHING MACHINE company and he was not credited. He had a significant role too. Very unusual and why was he NOT credited nor even mentioned as UNCREDITED? If anyone knows let me know.

Are you sure that was Bernard Hughes? It didn't sound like him...and he looked older than what I imagined Bernard Hughes looked like in 1955.

I could be wrong. I thought he did sound like him. That is my point. There is nothing that states who acted in that role.

I also noticed that the show doesn't list the guest stars in the closing credits. They just list the regulars. I bet it was similar to I Love Lucy where they had an announcer say the names of the guest stars as the credits rolled. I guess when they remastered the show, they left it out.
imdb is not 100% reliable. They probably don't know.
