Who was Mrs. Nestor's brother?

As I recall, (come on, I was a kid at the time), Bob Sweeney played her brother. I think he was Vice Principal of the school. This was after Miss Brooks left the high school to teach at a 'private' school. Bob Sweeney was a popular TV actor at the time, led a few series, did some films, and was a director of many 50s and 60s shows.

His character's name was Oliver (aka Mad Man) Muncie, who said he was a "confirmed bachelor". He was referred to as the "junior partner", as he and Mr.s Nestor (divorced), respectively owned 30% and 45% shares of the school. The other 25% was held in a trust, which if either of them got married, would go to that person. So, if Mr Muncie married, he would take control of the school. And of course, whomever(?) he married could become very influential as well. This was all central to the plot of episode 409, which I recently viewed. The rest writes itself. :)

I wonder if Les Nessman of WKRP was based off of his character.
