The "Decades" channel is showing round-the-clock episodes of "Our Miss Brooks" this weekend, and I've watched a few episodes. It's interesting to me that Connie Brooks is such a determined man-hunter, although she seems to be wasting her time with the undersexed Mr. Boynton.
shareI love the suggestive dialogue in the TV show and I've just started listening to the radio shows. In the first official episode, Connie wakes up from a dream about Mr. Boynton and later she runs into him at school and recalls when they first met five years earlier - when she collided with him in the hallway - he said "You put quite a dent in my Bunsen burner." This was after Connie had a number of lines about the romantic possibilities of Mr. Boynton's interests like stamp collecting.
