It's one of my favorite scenes from this movie. That and 'Beastatory' on the Moon with the Lion presiding over all the animals as king, with the 'lake' that the dog and horse are able to walk on. I don't recall a lot as I haven't seen it since the 70s [maybe 60s].
Anyone else?

I watched it tonight and the line actually goes:
Waiter: And how would you like your steak sir?
Rex: Raw.
Waiter: Rare?
Rex: Raw.
Waiter: Raw?
Rex: RAW!

It was close enough.
I think one of my favorite scenes is when Goldie is racing to catch up with that bus. It's hilarious!
