Mud Bath

I was wondering also. I'm thinking has something to do with going to a whore house

Other than the kind one gets at a spa, I had never heard the term. However, based on how it's used in the movie, I assume it means something dirty; the opposite of clean. One takes a bath in water to get clean; one taking a mud bath gets or stays dirty.

Therefore, I would surmise a 'mud bath' is sex with a prostitute. It would seem to fit too. Like wallowing in mud, one can never tell what one will catch associating with prostitutes.
