What is the music that plays over the opening credits and who wrote it?

I discussed this on a different message board. They use the same classic lullaby that was used in The Wizard of Oz, when Dorothy is running away from Miss Gulch. I posted that 10 years ago, but it seems to have disappeared.

Many kids learning piano play it, since it's a nice way to work on having the melody in the left hand and the accompanying chords in the right hand.
