Where is this film available?

Where and how can one see this movie? It is not available on Netflix because it is not available on DVD, and my quirky local video store that is well known all over the city for its 90,000 films--including rare and foreign videos--on VHS does not have it. :(

I recorded this film from the TV some years ago although it is region 2

Official DVD release on September 30th, 2010, as part of box set "TCM Vault: The Douglas Sirk Filmmaker Collection", along with three other titles. Details at classicflix.com

It's available on blu ray now as part of the Kino Lorber Dark Side of Cinema volume 2 box set.
