What was up with the subtitles!!?!!?!?

It only translated about half of what everyone was saying and even then I dont think they were that correct. I dont know Spanish, but I do know a few words and phrases and what I did recognize wasnt translated correctly. Maybe I would have enjoyed the film more if I was informed on the other half. I dont think it ever translated what the fat woman on the bus said. I guess she wasnt important.

Which VHS or DVD edition did you see? or it was a theatrical screening?

It was a VHS that I rented from the library.

I see, sadly seems there are not available any DVD region 1.
But not all have been lost: I have the mexican DVD. it does has English subtitles. you can buy it from amazon, it's region 1 and 4.
