The wife & I were quite "taken" with the little cutie pie playing the part of Susan Hayward's little ward, Callie.
She would be about 56 now, but no record of further acting seems to exist.
She actually acted & sang a song in the movie....
Anyone know anything more about her?

Hi, I was shocked to see your note. Judy was my stepmother for 33 years and passed away in February of 2007. She had been 58 years old. The part of Callie was played by Judy and her twin sister Jody (Ann Dunn). They only did a hand full of films as infants. Judy spent her career in finance and was the loan officer for AFTRA-SAG Federal Credit Union for many years.

Cute little girl(s) playing her character, I saw the last half of the movie about 1/2 an hour ago. I had read that Susan Hayward was going to shoot Jack Elam with a shotgun...I"d say I was climbing the walls waiting for her to get to the shotgun and blast him!
Looking forward to re-watching this from the beginning, great Western, not at all typical.
