James Dean at the soda bar

I just saw it for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. Beforehand, as I always do, I looked up the film in my various guides and Maltin stated to 'look fast for' him. An enjoyable experience (both seeing his small part and the movie as a whole).

I just watched this and had forgotten hearing (long ago) that Dean appeared in it. I did a double-take. Also, I had always believed that Dean's brief early appearances were essentially extra work - here he actually speaks.
