Buy a Region-free (or Region 0) DVD or Blu-ray player. They cost only around $60 and can be ordered via Amazon, and I'm sure other retailers. This will enable you to watch any film made anywhere in the world, regardless of its region. (Obviously a Blu-ray player will take care of every contingency, since it plays both BRs and standard DVDs.)
I have an R0 DVD player and it's great. I own a lot of UK DVDs, including one of this film, and they play fine. It's also useful because there are many US and other films available in foreign editions (often from Spain) but not on Region 1, which you can buy and play on a Region-free player. DVDs of English-language films from non-English-speaking countries normally have the original English soundtrack. Obviously you'd have to check out specific cases.
