A perfect case against gun control

This movie demonstrates the folly of government-regulated gun control. Whenever you prohibit anything, it only creates a black market for the item. Unscrupulous people who aren't motivated by the lawfulness of something will work around the system, and those who do follow the law will be left defenseless against those who don't.

I know the movie portrayed the gun control advocates as those "in the right" (which they certainly were the most moral characters), but it actually makes a strong case against gun control.

I noticed that all the white "bwanas" were allowed to have firearms; it was only the blacks who were deemed unworthy of owning guns. Hmmm...

May I bone your kipper, Mademoiselle?

I'm sure it's just a coincidence ;).

They had other deadly weapons, like spears, knives and such. The ones who didn't own guns obviously couldn't afford them.
