No offense, but this movie was a bunch of nonsense and Margaret should have had a more serious role as a young person entering her teenage years. She was and still is a beautiful woman. I put her in a category alongside Elizabeth Taylor. We could have been enjoying her films to this day. Unfortunately in those days, they did not really make anything worthwhile for young teens. Too bad!!!!!!

They still don't! Most of the teen movies out there nowadays are garbage. All they do is teach kids that they be superficial underachieving self-absorbed prematurely sexualized bullies.
Yeh...this movie was REALLY PAINFUL to watch haha. Especially when she took money from her father.
shareI saw the movie this morning. The problem is she is now playing a teen actress but exactly the same way she did as a child actress. This is a light comedy yet everything Margret's character Betty says is like she's rallying the troops for war or trying to save the family in the mist of some great tragedy! The same "all is lost" bit plays out then her usual scene with the tears only she's not a cute little girl anymore. It was corny and bad!
