LOL I absolutely missed it, I HAVE read the book,
but it's some time ago.

They died of hypothermia.

I think Nasu Taeko died of a broken heart.

Not sure what he or they you are talking about, but in the book, Myshkin (Kameda) goes insane but doesn't die, while Nastasya (I guess Taeko?) is killed because Rozgohin (Akama?) stabs her right below the left breast with the knife Myshkin had since in the pages of his book earlier in the novel.

Logically, they're talking about the film since this is a message board for the film, not for the book it's based on.
