Then there was "Torpedo Alley", which had about ten minutes of action at sea, and the rest was romance drama at home base. (Want to buy my videotape?)

Were you expecting women in such a time and place? Just what is your point? Did you miss the women? Did you like movies without women? Do you prefer your WW2 movies to have an element of soap in them? Do you think that WW2 Navy UDT should have had women in the mix?
