Most of the Repulbic Serials now appear to be in the Public Domaine. There is a DVD release by Smarty Pants Entertainment but I don't know the quality...

It is on youtube. With proper software you could probably make your own DVD if nothing else. Of course whether or not it's PD is a question that I am uncertain about. Wikipedia had links to the chapters at Internet Archive but it's no longer there for some reason.
