I Remember Seeing This

I remember my dad, mom, sister and I watching this movie on TV. One part I still remember is when the woman finds her husband at his desk and he is a skeleton. I also remember every time they went to commercial break and come back on, they would show a picture of something like a hurricane and you heard the wind howling, then fade back to the movie. That movie must have had an effect on me for me to remember that much. This was made in 1951 and I was born in 1954. I believe it was the early 60's when I watched it on TV. Anyone know where to get a copy?
