Missing narration?

Wikipedia says "The opening narration is voiced by Estes Kefauver[citation needed] who, at the time, was chairing a US Senate investigation into organized crime."

There was no narration on the version I saw. Anyone know if there is another version out there, or is this wiki-nonsense?

I've seen this film many times. In fact, I saw it when it first came out in theaters back in 1951. [My father took me on my 10th birthday.]

There was never any "narration" that I recall.

Estes Kefauver did a narration before the tiles came up on another crime film. That was for 'Mad at the World' (1955). I guess Wiki have confused the two films.
