Hi Everyone,
It occurred to me that if Klato and Gort came to Earth today they would find the situation even worse than it was in 1951. Three times the population and three times the problems...very depressing. Klato and Gort...we need you now...!

I too was thinking how relevant this film still is as I watched it on Saturday. Although I think that Klato was more interested in what danger the earthlings posed to other planets rather our squabbles with each other.

Absolutely! It's more relevant today than ever. Did the producer have a crystal ball? I just watched this film today and was totally awed by it. Great movie!
