Casting problem: Wooley?

The premise of this movie doesn't work because the liklihood that there is more than one erudite, effete, grandfatherly figure in a single town, without people notcing the outrageous similarity, is absurd. Wooley is just too unique/idiosyncratic for the part. The part required somebody more anonymous looking.

It is likewise absurd for someone with such utter mastery of the english language to be a schlub slaving over a printing press. Wooley is overqualifed for the part.
