Thomas Gomez Miscast

he was a fine actor,in doing what he di well,but this wasn't one of them.
The only accurate aspects of this portrayal were the beard( long thick,covering most of the face,dressed in pigtails and with ribbons),and the bandoleer with the 6 pistols.
He's much too fat(obese),flabby looking, articulate,genial,and jolly.The real Blackbeard was a tall,muscular,depraved,psychotic,who terrorized his crew almost as much as the merchant ships he attacked.And in his last fight,in which he perished,he is described as a Rasputin-like moster,of almost indestructable qualities.
