Does anyone know what this version of Alice In Wonderland is?.

I watched another cartoon version of this story, but I cant remember what it was called. I think it was made in the 80's. Unfortunately, I can't remember much about it. I remember that Alice's sister had brown hair in it. I remember a scene where Alice runs away from her sister and she is crying too. Does anyone know which version this is ?. I don't think it was a movie either. I think it was a short story.
