In one scene where the character of Rocky is knocked out in the ring, he's sitting shirtless in his corner while the extra playing the manager is rubbing his chest. The director must have told him to just keep massaging his chest, but watch closely: the extra concentrates solely on Rocky's right nipple, rubbing and feeling it over and over. Great way to cop a feel of a hot guy and get paid for it, but I wonder how the actor playing Rocky felt!

I think this is just wishful thinking. He rubs his chest for about 1 second then moves to his arm for another second before the camera angle changes. Then, for the next 10 seconds or so he rubs both his arm and back. I don't know what you were watching, but you make it sound like the guy is rubbing his nipple for an hour. He's done with it and moved on after about one second.
