The charactrer Meg Bennett

I have a pair of earrings that I believe were sold on Searh for Tomorrow in the late 50's or early 60's. They were Meg's earrings - they were screw-ons, gold in color and have something inside that holds a scent. I cannot remember much else about them -- anyone have more info on these?
