Jennifer and the sliding glass door

Can anyone confirm for me that this happened. . . when I was very young back in the mid 1970s, I recall seeing a soap where a young woman was arguing with a guy and very dramatically turned around and walked right through a sliding glass door. I'm certain it was Search for Tomorrow based on some research on the internet, but can anyone confirm this is the clip I'm thinking of? And better yet, does anyone have this particular clip? It was very frightening to me as a child, and also hit a little close to home as a similar incident happened to me, although not nearly as dramatic or life-threatening, I just cut my arm badly. I've always been curious if that scene was as frightening as I remember because of my own accident or because it really was, in fact, scary.
