Red and Rock'n'Roll

In the sixties, Red often had rock groups who played their latest "chart topper" on the show. I remember seeing quite a few British and American groups, such as The Animals and The Searchers, and others who had never been on Sullivan's show. In the days before cable, it was one of the few opportunities we had to watch the people whose records we were buying.
