The Million Dollar Idea - and HOW they did it!

With all this discussion on "The Million Dollar Idea", I watched the ep again last night, and
noticed something I've never noticed, despite seeing this episode countless times over
the last (gulp) FIFTY years!!

When Ethel pours the creamy salad dressing over the bowl of lettuce, and Lucy begins to
eat it, Ethel takes THAT BOTTLE AWAY. When Lucy suddenly feels the urge to drink
the dressing straight from the bottle, Lucy grabs a different bottle to her right. THIS is
the bottle that LOOKS like it has ice cream in it (which has been written). But contrary
to what we've all thought, Lucy didn't pour ice cream on the salad - it is clearly some sort
of creamy dressing from the first bottle on her left (before Ethel takes it away).

Can't believe I never picked up on something so obvious before. Turns out, Ball didn't
have to suffer as much for her art as we all originally thought!
