You can't help but think....

...as you watch these episodes that, since they were supposedly based on true cases, someone, at some time, suffered the crimes we see committed. I've just watched "The Big Hit and Run" and wonder if a grandmother and her grandson did, indeed, die in the streets sometime in the late 40's or early 50's in LA and that this episode is thus a kind of memorial to them.
