How "The Big Little Jesus" Should Have Ended (Spoilers)

In place of the "trial results" segment (as there naturally weren't any in this episode), Joe Friday should have come out on stage and said "And now ladies and gentlemen, here are the Golden Dream Quartet, in a medley of your Christmas favorites".

I'm sure many viewers, such as myself, felt cheated when we never found out if Stroup's tenor could carry the quartet or not. A mini-recital like this would have been a rousing climax to such an extraordinairy episode.
