Other than "Sleeping with the Enemy" (Julia Roberts), "Her Desperate Choice" (Kyle Secor) and "Woman In Hiding" (Ida Lupino) no other Woman on the Run movies or TV movies come to my mind.
I would be glad for as many suggestions as possible.
Since imdb stopped "movie recommendations" this is the only way to get suggestions from other imdb users.

Tatum O"Neal did a 2 part TV movie that was really good.
The Story of Lawrence Bambenek, 1993. It might be hard to find but very well done. Based on a true story about Bambi, a one-time Playboy Club bunny who married a cop whose ex-wife was eventually murdered. They framed her for it, put her in prison and she escaped to Canada. If you can find it, hope you like it.

shareThe Lifetime Channel, now on YouTube, does a lot of films on this theme. Don't sneer. Many of them are really good. But they tend to be more about women escaping from psychopathic husbands. However, I've never seen another film like this, that treats the film noir element as a path to heal an ailing marriage. If anyone can direct me to such a film, I'd be very grateful.
