Tragic tale (spoilers)

She's forced to quit her job and her reputation is tarnished because of people's imaginations/delusions (she barely even knew some of those people). She was guilty of working hard to build a good life and was punished. It's crazy how often that type of thing happens in the real world.

...but of course it all worked out since she got herself a man she barely knew, right? Hooray.
