Interesting to see a younger Alan Hale, Jr.

The Skipper from Gilligan's Island was 28 years old when this was filmed. A fairly lame screenplay, but Cagney was always in good form.

Love Cagney and think he was outstanding in anything, but I do think he hams it up a little TOO much in this film. Gordan MacRae was adorable, though!
