Lovely Debbie Reynolds now gone 12/28/2016

The celebrity body count in 2016 has been astounding. Worse, this comes only 30 hours after the loss of her daughter Carrie Fisher. Initially the news media seemed to indicate Deb was taking it somewhat calm and collective but now it has been revealed that she was totally devastated. She obviously died of a broken heart as she didn't have any major health issues in spite of being 84 years old.

I grew up surrounded by all kinds of movies & music from big band to rock & roll and liked it all. Song and films such as "Tammy" & "Aba Daba Honeymoon" from this film are many of those musical memories I had as a small child. Poor Debbie, she would first be cheated on then have two more men who spent all her money and almost put her out on the street. She did not deserve that except that Eddie Fisher did give her two children.

Anyway, my two cents worth tribute to a lovely lady which they don't make anymore.
