They were in the accordian file Joe takes from the lawyer's office filing cabinet. When he originally takes the file, he goes to a rooftop to have privacy to take the $200 (only it turns out to be $30,000). Joe takes the cash and stuffs the file into a crevice in the wall (I originally thought it was a garbage chute to an incinerator, but when Joe goes back later in the story to look through it for a clue where to find the bad guys, I realized he just shoved it out of sight as the pigeon man was close by).
Am I anywhere near the imaginary cliff?share
