Worth hunting down

This movie is really good at accomplishing what it tries to do. Good prints are tough to come by.

Turner Classic Movies (USA) will be showing "The Second Face" early Friday morning June 27, 2014 at 4:15 A.M. Eastern Time.

The print shown yesterday on TCM is quite good.

I watched the print TCM aired on my HD TV and it was quite beautiful. It wasn't grainy or anything, considering it's a B flick.

I have a copy off vhs which was all that was around - in which the credits split in half at one point and the bottom is on top.
MGM is now producing the movie for tv so it should be good. In those days the b studios caught up to the big ones in quality. This movie is as good as any other movie from 1950. better because the movie did not have BIG plans for profits.

No I meant MGM has acquired the film rights for television showings. BTW I have a copy of the MGM version. Sorry about the confusing verbiage.
