Good movie and a worthwhile look but ...

... Dick Kincaid being convicted for first degree murder on the evidence presented is laughable. His prints were on the gun (explained), he didn't have a witnessed alibi at the time of the murder (wow) and supposed motive ( a fight with the deceased OMG!)🐭
