So now we'll probably get another Will Smith movie. Yecchh.

He's probably smart enough to not get involved in re-making a classic...unlike Spielberg.

Good for Hanks.
I still have a little more respect for him today.
Also it would be nice if he did A comedy movie once in awhile.
In person not his voice.

Though the idea was dropped, Hanks seems to like just being a serious hero nowadays. I read in some cases, a stage play of 'Harvey' has Elwood being a darker fellow. Perhaps if Hanks had been offered THAT idea...
